Untangle firewall default root and Admin password

Default Web Admin Password

There is no default admin password for Untangle UTM.

Admin password will be configured during the initial Setup Wizard.

If you forget the password, use the following procedure to recover it.

Default SSH root Password

To enable SSH Open go to the web console-> Config -> Network ->Advanced ->Filter Rules.
Check the “Allow SSH” Rule.
Click Apply Button.

There is no default root password.
You will be asked to configure during the first login.
