The Sint Maarten Telecommunication (TelEm) is a government-owned company which provides landline voice and data services, TelCell N.V. for mobile voice, data services.
Telcell St Maarten 4G LTE APN Settings for Android Smart Phones Samsung Galaxy and iPhone.
iPhone / iPad (iOS) :
Go to Setting -> Cellular -> Cellular Data Network > APN and enter the details and save the settings.
Android APN Settings
In your Android Smart Phone Home Screen
Go to Settings – > Connections (Network & Internet) -> Mobile Network – > Access Point Name -> tap the Add (+) button to Add new APN…….

Make this settings as Default
Now Go back
Tap the -> Network Mode xxx (Preferred Network Type) and enable 4G/LTE
