Cisco Prime Infrastructure Default Password

Default User Name and Password for Cisco Prime Infrastructure 3.1, 3.0, 2.2, 2.1, 2.0, 1.3, 1.2

To log into Prime Infrastructure user interface through a web browser use the following details.

URL : https://ncs-ip-address

Default User Name for Web Interface : root

Default Password : Configured during the initial setup.

Default User Name for SSH or CLI : admin ( Configured during the initial setup.)

Default Password : Configured during the initial setup.

If you forget the password you have to reset it.

In order to modify the GUI root user password, you need to login to the NCS CLI as an admin user.

and now run the following command

> ncs password root newpassword

This will set the web interface root password to – newpassword
