If your battery is not removable, switch the power on and disconnect the charger.<\/p>\n

Then press and hold the power key + volume down key<\/strong> for about 15 seconds<\/strong> until the phone vibrates and restarts.<\/p>\n

Hard Reset Nokia Lumia 920:<\/span><\/h3>\n

Then press and hold the power key + volume down key + Camera Key<\/strong> for about 15 seconds until the phone vibrates and restarts.<\/p>\n

Then release the Power button<\/strong> and keep the volume down + camera button<\/strong> down for another 5 seconds.<\/strong><\/p>\n
