How to factory reset the Linksys E1200 N300 Wireless Router<\/p>\n

If you Forget the admin Password<\/strong>, you can reset the router to factory default.<\/p>\n

There are two ways to Factory reset the Wireless Router.<\/p>\n

Hardware Reset Linksys E1200<\/span><\/h3>\n

Locate the reset button at the bottom of the router.<\/p>\n

Press<\/strong> and hold<\/strong> the Reset button<\/strong> for about 5 to 10<\/strong> seconds then release it.<\/p>\n

Now the router will be restarting in Factory default mode.<\/p>\n

Software Reset<\/span><\/h3>\n

Login to the Web interface using user name and Password(admin\/admin)<\/p>\n

Now go to the Administration tab > Factory Defaults<\/strong><\/p>\n

Now, click the Restore Factory Defaults<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n
